You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower and Workforce Management Division (N12) of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
Duties
You will advise senior leaders on the most effective use of manpower resources within an organization.
You will identify methods to assess workload or manpower requirements.
You will interpret policy statements, procedures or instructions to determine the effect on current or planned organizational manpower programs.
You will present options or suggest actions to correct deficiencies in a program.
You will recommend work methods to increase efficiency or effectiveness manpower utilization.
Requirements
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Providing guidance to management on realignment of personnel, distribution of work, and workforce authorization issues; 2) Collecting and analyzing data to identify manpower imbalances or overlaps; 3) Applying statistical and narrative data to justify recommendations to deciding officials, preparing and presenting briefs; 4) Planning and/or conducting comprehensive analytical studies to improve staffing levels; 5) Utilizing various personnel systems in support of manpower and related management support operations and activities.(NOTE: Your answer must be supported by information in your resume.)
