You will serve as a SUPV MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of RECRUITING UNIT.
Duties
You will solicit decisions from management on future approaches to advanced education programs
You will present findings and recommendations for improvements to managers
You will analyze data to resolve problems affecting administrative programs or requirements
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintain balanced workloads to achieve work objectives;2) develop and conduct briefings that provide substantive data or information to senior level management that have a major impact on NRC and NORU operations and mission; 3) Identify program risks, problems, issues, and concerns to formulate mitigation plans
