You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVY RECRUITING COMMAND, OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NVRECRUITNGCMD.

Duties

You will direct research and studies to improve an enlisted and officer recruiting and acquisition program. You will organize, direct, and evaluate the performance of multiple layers of civilian personnel. You will plan projects or studies to evaluate methods to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of enlisted recruiting. You will review processes of systemic requirements analyses for an enlisted and officer recruiting program.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, developing, or implementing business processes for a Navy Officer or Enlisted Recruiting Program; 2) Conducting operational or program research and analysis to solve recruiting problems; 3) Monitoring Navy recruiting production or recommending changes in resource and goal allocation; 4) Recommending or implementing Return on Investment (ROI) estimates for current or planned initiatives; NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
