You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the G8 Directorate of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Duties
You will be responsible for providing Directors and Special Staff Officers with objectively based information and advice on a variety of resource management programs.
You will keep abreast of changes in Manpower programs.
You will attend and lead meetings with managers, supervisors, deputies and directors to assist in formulating improvement plans and strategies and to provide information and analysis for decision recommendations.
You will develop presentation formats and presents findings, conclusions and recommendations to the appropriate operating officials and the Command Staff.
You will prepare complex and detailed reports to higher authority on a recurring basis and/or as required.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to administrative programs or projects to ensure goals are being accomplished; 2) Researching data, developing briefings and preparing fact sheets on administrative policies or procedures; 3) Coordinating conferences or visits for senior leadership; and 4) Providing management with solutions/recommendations on all administrative programs/projects assigned.
