You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Manpower Management Section, Manpower Division, Resouce Managment Directorate of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

Duties

You will act as the action officer and coordinates, monitors and reports all military active duty and reserve component Marines on the individual augmentee mobilization orders. You will serve as the SME in all matters pertaining to the command staffing reports, authorized strengthen reports and staffing goals. You will serve as the Command's senior Navy manning and staffing analyst for one major command and four subordinate commands. You will use qualitative and quantitative techniques to solve issues and initiatives that involve the MAGTFTC, MCAGCC structure requirements and provide advisory services on procedural issues required.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading a team in administrative duties and responsibilities to successfully execute daily tasks; set and adjust priorities to meet critical mission objectives; develop performance standards, evaluate work performance, analyze statistical data and provide report narratives along with recommendations to senior management for decision making.
