About the Position: As Operations Specialist for CASCOM, the incumbent is responsible to the Chief, Operations Division concerning Commander's Unit Status Reporting (CUSR) via the automated Defense Readiness Reporting System - Army (DRRS-A). Establishes controls over readiness reporting activities for CASCOM Headquarters and subordinate units. Develops and establishes procedures for use by subordinate units for their readiness reporting input.

Duties

Coordinate requests for readiness data products for the organization. Capture organization readiness concerns for the Headquarters command. Track completion of tasks across the command for future briefs.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 25% of the time.
