You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Manpower Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
Duties
You will participate with teams to develop improvement actions on Manpower Programs within DON and NAVFAC policies.
You will conduct manpower surveys; review historical data and policy to develop guidance and advice in support of program operations.
You will advise on strategies for targeted hiring needs to aid in maintaining workforce-funded levels.
You will advise management of discrepancies, collect, and evaluates feedback related to process improvement.
You will recreate and review manpower document to update billet and activity files.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Conduct data and information management: collect, compile, record and maintain program data elements; 2) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations; 3) Utilizing knowledge and skills in statistical or data management tools to process and manipulated data; 4) Communicating with managers and senior leaders to develop, evaluate, recommend and conduct appropriate courses of actions; 5) Developing plans, prepare reports and present materials and briefs to senior leaders.
