Duties

Develop and execute of the USASOC HPW ARSOF Profession Division’s Information and Data management strategy, mission requirements and administrative actions. Direct and lead working groups/task forces/ad hoc groups in development of a variety of programs focusing on strategies and technologies USASOC uses to analyze information and transform it. Track the mechanics of current DOD Data management systems and authorities and how they affect management of the ARSOF HPW data. Manage and supervise the development, implementation, and administration of the USASOC HPW website. Engage entities external to USASOC to facilitate concept development and implementation of the data collection, storage and analytics initiatives. Manage USASOC Human Subject Research to include all programs, policies, and procedures necessary to synchronize all USASOC, CSC, and CSU HSR interests.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.
