The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Engineering Systems and Technology Division (ESTD) has the perfect employment opportunity for a Program Analyst. In this position you will be responsible for project management, and coordination services pertinent to the full spectrum of activities and processes associated with acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of vehicles and transportation equipment systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02, or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: demonstrating experience in analyzing data in order to coordinate, task, and manage programmatic initiatives.
Examples of Specialized Experience:
Performing activities and processes associated with acquisition, maintenance, and disposition of vehicles and concomitant equipment systems.
Providing assistance with project and task management of multiple contractor and technical personnel, including mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications disciplines.
Providing input to program goals and objectives pertinent to transportation safeguards system activities and program operations, to include the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the worth of program accomplishments.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
