You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will participate in the trends reversal and reinforcement process that incorporates subject matter experts from across the Marine Corps to reverse negative trends and reinforce positive ones.
You will review actions and activities to ensure they are in consonance with established policies and procedures and are meeting intended goals.
You will interpret policy guidance for application and furnish recommendations on important action decisions.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This job may require occasional continuous periods of temporary additional duty (TAD) lasting up to three weeks. Lodging while TAD may be in commercial or austere military facilities.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance and access to SIPRNET.
- The position is telework eligible.
- Government travel is required 20%.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting trend resolution process to provide an agile, timely, and responsive means of addressing individual and collective service level training gaps.
