As a Smart Buildings Program Specialist, you will serve as the regional program expert for the Smart and Sustainable Buildings (SSB) Program and primary liaison with Central Office program counterparts.
Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Facilities Management Division, in Lakewood, CO
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $114,970 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify for the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is technical experience in the development, installation, application, analysis, technical support and use of building analytic programs, Building Automation Systems (BAS) and advanced metering systems. Applicants must have experience in translating building analytic programs, BAS and advanced meter system data and protocols into project specific strategies and implementation including design, installation, commissioning, training and ongoing use to maximize benefits. This experience must also include addressing issues and providing solutions to senior management regarding such systems and programs.
