You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Workforce Management Division of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will manage position and manpower requirements, authorizations and civilian position records by Billet Identification Numbers (BIN).
You will participate in meetings and discussions involving staffing, organization and related planning functions.
You will research, validate and execute special method improvement, organization and work measurement projects data.
You will determine proper coding of position level details for each BIN to include occupational classification code (OCC), position title, target grade, employee type, strategic sourcing code (SSC), funded/unfunded billets and etc.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning and conducting comprehensive analytical studies of organizational structures and staffing/manning levels, such as workforce trends and projections, to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of management processes; 2) Developing and maintaining staffing reports, staffing plans, organizational charts, and other administrative tasks; 3) Managing manpower requirements, authorization and civilian positions records by Billet Identification Number (BIN) by reviewing data and providing required updates to organizational tracking systems; 4) Developing and presenting organizational staffing recommendations using current and historical data related to workforce management programs.
