You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N5 Strategy and Future Requirements Code for Commander of HDQTRS NDW.
Duties
You will develop an organizational structural model for a program.
You will analyze data to discern relationships between schedule and cost variations.
You will lead a group or team in solving organizational problems to improve organizational processes.
You will prepare statistical reports to support technical or business decision-making.
You will propose solution strategies to improve customer alignment and value.
You will create process improvement initiatives for a program.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Oversees the development of detailed analysis in all program areas across the organization; 2) Utilizes advanced methods of analysis to help solve problems; 3) Interprets policy and monitors progress pertaining to structure, format, definition, and standardization as relating to analytical products decisions; and 4) Ensures participation in a variety of interdisciplinary teams aimed at collecting data for the purposes of conducting analyses to support data driven decisions, policy changes, and shore readiness.
