Duties
You will support the Product Owner in developing life cycle program plans/roadmaps and maintaining life cycle cost estimates.
You will lead projects or initiatives aimed at defining best practices for service delivery for identity solutions, integrating new identity products, and enhancing processes within ICAM solutions offered by PEO Digital.
You will configure cloud infrastructure components, designing the systems to optimally perform in the cloud, monitoring cloud management and data storage services, and the ability to influence technical discussions and decisions.
You will capture architecture, configuration, use case, and security best practices throughout new solution development phases, aligned to identity solutions, and incorporate these practices into delivery to ensure a best-practices-centric outcome.
You will collaborate with SMEs on projects to improve service delivery, drive enablement, refine internal processes, by leveraging feedback from customers to enhance security, adoption, efficiency, reduce overhead, and streamline deliveries.

- This position is a Cyber Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain qualifications in accordance with DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Management Program, February 15, 2023 and supporting Department of Navy policies.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: demonstrate expert knowledge of systems life cycle management concepts, industry standards and techniques in development and testing, services and capabilities delivered by mainstream cloud service providers, and advanced skills in translating business needs to specific Information Technology requirements.
