Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience applying analytical or evaluative methods to conduct major recruitment programs. Implement recruitment strategies, track data, coordinate and execute the OST Recruitment Program. Examples of Qualified Experience that May Be Qualifying: Develops and conducts studies of the major program in order to recommend methods of improvement. Experience analyzing, measuring and evaluating effectiveness of work processes, policies, and/or procedures.
