As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Qualifications

In this secondary position, a qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02, or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience applying analytical or evaluative methods to conduct major recruitment programs. Implement recruitment strategies, track data, coordinate and execute the OST Recruitment Program.

Develops and conducts studies of the major program in order to recommend methods of improvement.
Experience analyzing, measuring and evaluating effectiveness of work processes, policies, and/or procedures.
Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions
