Duties
You will carry out Human Capital initiatives and other program management responsibilities.
You will keep the workforce informed of actions that may have substantial impact on other work areas.
You will analyze training and educational programs.
You will develop briefs and required documents for senior managers.
You will review and oversea the timeliness, accuracy and validity of information.
You will serve as Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder, responsible for execution of purchases for the command utilizing the allocated funds to procure goods and services.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Security Cooperation Workforce Certification.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH Level I or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience executing purchases for the command utilizing allocated funds to procure goods and services
Experience performing human capital actions (examples: awards, onboarding, telework, training, organization charts, billet management and policies, etc.).
Experience analyzing training and education programs.
Experience developing briefs and/or required documents for senior managers.
Experience utilizing Microsoft applications including SharePoint.
