You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (READINESS) in the FORCE GENERATION READINESS DIVISION of the OPERATIONAL READINESS DIRECTORATE at US FLEET CYBER COMMAND (FLTCYBERCOM).
This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
Duties
You will analyze data from a variety of sources and databases to determine the operational readiness status of Fleet Cyber Commands (FLTCYBERCOM) full spectrum cyberspace mission sets.
You will utilize database reporting systems in conducting in-depth analysis to determine if units have deficiencies, degradation, or challenges with qualitative and/or quantitative resource readiness that impact mission capabilities.
You will provide initial analysis and preliminary findings to the Supervisor and the applicable FLTCYBERCOM functional program analyst for further verification, validation, and corrective action as required.
You will develop responses to readiness inquiries and coordinates with internal and external entities to address requests for readiness data products.
You will be responsible for identification, prioritization, reporting, facilitation and resolution of readiness issues for assigned forces as collected during large-scale exercises (LSEs).
You will track unit status and identify trends to inform overall readiness levels.
You will support the Operational Readiness Directorate (N7) in researching training deficiencies and providing data inputs and extractions from a variety of databases and systems.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You must successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph with No Deception Indicated (NDI).
Qualifications
Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
-Experience analyzing the needs for manning and training.
-Experience drafting issue papers, fact sheets and summaries incorporating analysis, relevant data, stakeholder inputs, explanations, and courses of actions for improving readiness indicators.
-Experience utilizing Microsoft Access, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint or similar software programs to prepare visual aides in support of readiness briefings.
-Experience comparing status reports with established benchmarks, standards, and proficiency objectives.
This position is within the Work Category PROFESSIONAL at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-0343-12.
