You will serve as a GG-13 Cryptologic Requirements Analyst to coordinate with key stakeholders to identify and articulate urgent/emergent EW, SIGINT, IO, and IW warfighting capability gaps and operational needs to ensure inclusion in the OPNAV POM, NAVIFOR Information Warfare Improvement Program (IWIP) and other fleet improvement process to include OFRP, BCCP, etc., as directed.
Duties
You will identify and articulate urgent/emergent EW, SIGINT, IO, and IW warfighting capability gaps and operational needs in support of FLTCYBERCOM requirements.
You will coordinate with Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) directorates to evaluate, coordinate, document, and submit JCIDS and other tasking requirements.
You will update and review tasking requirements to identify, influence, and support to ensure Navy operational requirements are being met.
You will identify and interpret relevant information including government and industry standards/practices to present innovative alternative approaches to senior leadership and address critical programming issues.
You will conduct assessments of existing and potential FCC and NSA programs to determine program performance adequacy and supportability of Navy/NSA operational missions.
You will support the development of POM submissions and justifications for assigned Fleet/Cryptologic/IW-related programs.
You will respond to all working group tasking within specified timelines.
You will manage the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and numerous tasker systems, tracking, and coordination, in accordance with DoD and Navy guidance.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a two-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:
1. Apply in-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, techniques, methodologies, and management knowledge and concepts related to shore and afloat networks, Cryptology/Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Information Operations (IO), and Cyber and Electronic Warfare (EW);
2. Monitor program and budget system databases to ensure that all budget cycle requirement deadlines are met and evaluate changes that directly affect organization mission;
3. Formulate long-range accession plans throughout the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and planning processes to ensure resources are available.
