As the Educational Product Integration Manager for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) Engagement, in the NASA Office for STEM Engagement, you will be responsible for leading an integrated educational product management function encompassing policies, procedures, standards, review, approval and assessment of all NASA educational products for students and educators.

Duties

Manage an educational product management function encompassing policy, standards, processes, review, approval and assessment for the design and deployment of STEM Engagement products and digital learning tools/opportunities for students/educators. Lead an agency cross-organizational team in execution of an evidence-based NASA educational product design framework, with established policies, practices, standards, guidelines and processes for ongoing product review and approval. Identify and review relevant research literature and evidence to provide actionable recommendations for content creators for continual improvement of product design, development, and effectiveness. Assess the feasibility and scalability of new concepts, leading efforts in strategic planning for educational products and digital/online learning tools and opportunities, driving efficiencies through automation. Ensure alignment with the Agency's STEM engagement strategy and conduct analysis to measure product accessibility and enhance usability. utilization. Serve as the designated functional management lead of educational product design, development, assessment, and education standards and practices with respect to products. Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Identifying and evaluating educational project or program functions to recommend or implement program enhancements; Defining, implementing, and monitoring policy or plans for educational products; Conducting analysis on an educational program or project to provide recommendations for product design, deployment, and assessments.
