As the Digital Transformation (DT) Program Manager for Marshall Space Flight Center within Engineering's Technical Performance and Integration Office, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and integrating all DT activities at the Center. You will provide leadership and guidance to the team members across the Center working DT activities and pursue opportunities for collaboration and funding.
Duties
Establishes and executes a Digital Transformation (DT) implementation strategy with measurable milestones and metrics, with agreed to deliverables and schedules. Reviews and updates the MSFC DT Strategic Plan as required.
Ensures DT initiatives are aligned with Center / Agency strategy and directly supporting the NASA mission.
Provides leadership and guidance for DT initiatives at the Center that advance technology, provide workforce / process efficiencies.
Educates and promotes data management, modern workforce enablement tools, improved information sharing, and general collaboration with official Center-wide communications regarding opportunities (training, conferences, investments etc.)
Manages Center and Agency-funded DT investment calls, prioritization, and task execution when awarded (including schedule, budget, and risk).
Cultivates a digitally savvy workforce and culture, expressing top-level buy-in, incentivizing, enabling and resourcing early adopters and communicating and celebrating DT achievements and successes.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
Leading or managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives;
Making decisions or recommendations to improve the capture, organization, preservation, or distribution of data/knowledge acquired in support of missions, projects/programs;
Implementing or developing cross-organizational training related to data management.
