You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANS AND PROGRAMS DIVSION (SP10), SSP ENTERPRISE BUSINESS OFFICE (SPEBO) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Duties
You will provide overall leadership for the Financial Operations and Planning Section including leading, training, guiding, and mentoring civilian and contractor personnel.
You will provide direction, mange the scope of work, bolster team morale and productivity, and set goals and milestones for the team.
You will collaborate with the Period-End Close team for month-end and year-end close reporting and follow on issue resolution.
You will collaborate with leadership and other senior managers and SPEBO team members to support Navy ERP business.
You will monitor compliance with business rules and established business processes.
You will develop and maintain training content and learning aids to support the user community.
You will lead planning to determine goals, objectives, and priorities to meet mission critical requirements.
You will coordinate with communications team to ensure the user community is prepared and informed of upcoming changes.
You will provide oversight and guidance to SSP branches for complex master data changes.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Collaborating, planning, executing and evaluating support and training for Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business in accordance with established business rules and processes.
Examples of qualifying experience: assessing and improving complex management processes and systems within the financial management module areas, such as period end close activities, travel metrics, labor; monitoring business rules and established business processes for compliance; knowledge of a range of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to the administration of the Navy ERP program; knowledge of Navy ERP's possible uses and applications.
