Duties
You will serve as Support Services Division Chief for the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), US Army Garrison-Hawaii
Serve as a staff analyst to design, review, develop, coordinate and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance.
Conducts strategic and tactical plans and advises on implementation of new ideas, creates improved procedures, processes, methods or approaches of substantial scope
Ensures strategic planning evaluation/assessments adequately and effectively address and measure key customer and operational requirements.
Creates DES Emergency Action Plans for all major incident responses, collaborates with agency heads on and off post and creates agreements to support plans.
Plans, manages, and directs routine budget administration, to include annual budget development and justification, maintenance of budgetary data.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing manpower and equipment requirements to include processing and tracking personnel actions; reviewing developing, monitoring and coordinating the implementation of plans, policies, procedures and guidance; optimizes the use of resources and bridges short/long term requirements entailing capital expenditures, training, and mission support. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above)
