About the Position: This Lead Management Analyst is located at U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center, Command Staff S-8 (ACC) with duty location of Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. (merit)
Duties
Serve as a Lead Management Analyst within the S8 Directorate, Resource Management.
Perform analysis requiring research for items such as a variety of transactions, accounts, and financial and non-financial systems.
Ensure that project integration is achieved so that programs are balanced.
Manage projects dealing with issues such as budgets, contracts, Inter/Intra-service Support Agreements, Government Travel Charge Card Program, Manager’s Internal Control Program, and manpower management.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- This position requires temporary duty travel (TDY) away from its duty station up to 10% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Oversee decision support including resource management, agreements, travel and manpower; AND 2) Identify and provide solutions for overall program management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower level/grade position in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11).
