Duties
You will serve as the senior transportation/traffic management specialist at the AFSB level to assigned AFSBn/LRCs.
You will be responsible for the full range of transportation related programs to include, personal property and freight movement, passenger travel, unit movement, shipping and receiving operations, and non-tactical vehicle fleet management.
You will provide oversight of AFSBn/LRC support and performance ensuring compliance with policies and identifies systemic issues
You will analyze and evaluate situation reports from LRCs which define findings and problems and recommend resolutions or actions required to correct the situation.
You will develop plans to manage strategic and tactical continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with the Commander's strategic vision.
Requirements

- Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 20% of the time.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
