If you're looking to play a critical role as an expert management and program analyst responsible for the Patent Data and Data Management (PDDM) contract, you've come to the right place! Qualifications

You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. OPM Qualifications Standards are available at General Schedule Qualification Standards (opm.gov) TIME-IN-GRADE: Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled. FOR THE GS-13-LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-12 level) in the federal service. Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this position includes: Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new strategies and technologies. Assessing staffing needs and making data-driven recommendations to ensure adequate resource allocations. Communicating various aspects of projects/tasks to managers, employees, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
