The Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate is hiring a Senior Knowledge Manager (Management and Program Analyst). Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies and modern information technologies to manage and improve internal knowledge systems, including developing and administering websites and databases. Looking for extensive experience in knowledge management practices, LSS principles, and the ability to assess and optimize both manual and automated processes.

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (KNOWLEDGE MANAGER) you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Incumbent must obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
- The incumbent is subject to random drug testing.
- The incumbent will be required occasional or frequent TDY.
- Incumbent must possess a valid driver's license.
- Possess or obtain Knowledge Manager Certification within 12 months of appointment to the position of Knowledge Manager.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade (GS/GG-12) in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience developing and administering internal websites and databases.
Experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) principles, concepts and methodologies including: Defines, Measures, Analyzes, Improves and Controls (DMAIC).
It is highly desired that the incumbent possesses certification in one of the following: Certified Knowledge Manager; Lean Six Sigma; Six Sigma Green Belt; Project Management Professional; Certified Business Intelligence Professional; Certified Business Analysis Professional.
