Duties
Provide expert analytical, evaluative, and consultative services to EEOP leaders on a wide range of organizational, structural, process, and resource issues.
Map and analyze complex organizational structures and processes in order to identify potential improvements to EEOP business processes.
Ensure effectiveness of office records systems, including mail management, docketing, and reporting.
Develop approaches and procedures to integrate and modify processes and help staff members solve operational problems.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Serve as Billing Official responsible for the management of the micro-purchase program and oversight of up to seven government purchase card holders.
Requirements
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.

- One-year probationary period may be required.
- Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing EEOP consultative services to management or stakeholders, preparing EEO required reports, and formulating and implementing office administration processes.
