Duties
Serves as the Project Scheduler for assigned Construction Project(s), for the Transatlantic Middle East District.
Assigned in implementing and maintaining project(s), including planning, design, construction and operational functions.
The position is responsible for applying a thorough understanding of the many aspects of District operations and functions including project management, technical management, workload/manpower management, finance and accounting.
Uses functions necessary for assessing and implementing the full and efficient application of the P2 system.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes tracking project funding, entering project data into P2 Professional (Citrix/Web) automated system, and analyzing data and creating reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
