You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
in the MARFORPAC, AC/S, G-4 of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Duties
You will ensure compliance with Joint Staff-directed Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreements (ACSA) programmatic requirements, including the use of the ACSA Global Automated Tracking and Reporting System (AGATRS).
You will develop, execute, and validate relevant polices and reports on all Acquisition and Cross Servicing Agreements (ACSA) transactions in direct support of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC) Forces.
You will be responsible for advising and assisting the AC/S G4 and Deputy AC/S G4 on all matters pertaining to aspects of Multinational Logistics (MNL) support.
You will develop the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for Host Nation support (HNS) and Coalition Support in support of operations across the Range of Military Operations (ROMO) and Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) exercises and events.
You will integrate Partner Nation (PN) mil-to-mil support into all aspects of hosted and deployed joint and combined exercises, across the ROMO, throughout the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
You will conduct and/or participates in training and execute the Title 10 U.S. Code (USC) §2010 Program in direct support of MARFORPAC’s G5 Division and USINDOPACOM J4.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is considered Key. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in logistics planning and coordination for outsourced international logistics and sustainment support to Bilateral, Joint, and Combined operations and exercises. In addition, experience and expert working knowledge of the Acquisition and Cross Leveling Agreements Program and Program Management experience.
