You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist for HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will integrate joint, multi-national, and host nation logistics support and requirements into joint planning decisions and policies.
You will lead command-wide efforts to inform, develop and update the USINDOPACOM's Operational Plans (OPLAN), Contingency Plans (CONPLAN), Base Plans (BPLAN), Theater Posture Plan (TPP), Theater Logistic Plan (TLP).
You will lead command-wide efforts to inform, develop and update the USINDOPACOM's Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), Integrated Priority Lists (IPL), Joint Master Scenario Event Lists (JMSEL), and other planning initiatives.
You will supervise the performance and development of subordinate personnel.
You will coordinate service component requirements for integration and infusion with joint planning doctrine into Commander’s plans across the Range of Military Operations for all functional areas
Synchronize logistics planning and exercise efforts with USINDOPACOM J3, J4, J5, and J7, USTRANSCOM, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Service Components, Sub-unified commands, inter-agencies, and multi-national partners.
You will develop solutions during deliberate planning and crisis action planning phases of the Joint Planning Process.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector including the following:1) Developing strategic Campaign, Operational logistics, and Operational Contracting Support (OCS) plans; 2) Establishing and maintaining partnership with foreign national defense agencies, allies, and partners; 3) Implementing Department of Defense and National Defense Strategy guidance, policies, directives; 4) Advising senior leadership with logistics war planning concepts; 5) Developing Operational Plans and representing the organization at Higher Headquarters led planning conferences and wargames; and6) Supervising and fostering a collaborative work environment.
