Duties
Provides customer relationship management and Information Technology customer support. Contact customer to provide status of DISA activity on their workload and inquire about any potential customer concerns. Acknowledge/engage customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers (oral and written) in a clear, concise, and descriptive a manner. Communicates with customers on current funding shortfalls. Establish and maintain professional rapport with each assigned customer.
Provides customer with financial guidance on existing systems and represents their financial interests in new implementations.
Develops and compiles accurate data to be used for creating and maintaining projected cost data. Monitors execution to determine if projected cost data changes are required and identify the errors found during invoicing data analysis.
Provide status updates on customer projects. Develop and compile accurate agreements in accordance with Agency guidance and coordinates with other divisions to ensure proper and timely distribution. Review agreements annually.

Qualifications
Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-12 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-11 if outside the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as; experience developing service-level documents and agreements for mission partners; experience with information Technology (IT) service offerings and capabilities; and experience developing formal memorandums for issuance to mission partners' accounting offices.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements, qualified applicants must also possess the quality of experience as it relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background, recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position. Candidates must clearly demonstrate the possession of competencies necessary to successfully perform the work of the position at the appropriate level to be qualified for the position.
