Duties

Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring plans, policies, procedures, and guidance to assist with programs such as Installation Status Reports, etc. Manages the Directorate's management support agreements, i.e., Memorandum of Understanding, Memorandum of Agreement, and Interservice Support Agreement pertaining to the Directorate's common levels of support. Implements and executes the Directorate’s internal Management Control Plan (MCP), which is used to identify required checklist evaluations. Manages the Directorate's internal and external customer feedback initiatives and systems to document and evaluate results of productivity and quality management programs and installation improvement activities.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
