You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD.

Duties
You will assist the Director in the development of program management structure in the form of knowledge management teams.
You will lead, encourage, coach, steer and mentor teams to deliver positive and measurable results to the organizations.
You will present the theory and practice of knowledge management to managers and staff.
You will develop and implement Measure of Effectiveness to analyze and evaluate the KM Training Process through surveys, class critiques and personal evaluation.
You will manage site collection galleries to include, Site Templates, List Templates, Web Part Galleries and Workflows.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: responsible for findings/conclusions for major commitments of resources for improvement AND developing new, efficient/effective ways of analyzing data for new courses of action.
