About the Position: This is a Program Analyst position located at the Center for Army Profession and Leadership (CAPL), Mission Command Center of Excellence, Combined Arms Center Fort Leavenworth, KS. This position is eligible for regular and recurring telework - as determined by the agency policy.

Duties

Serves as a subject matter expert for the Army Profession pertaining to Character, Competence, and Commitment. Integrates Character, Competence, and Commitment development and sustainment in support of CAPL's outreach program. The work performed in support of this mission has wide ranging impact across the Army. CAPL Outreach Program Development and Integration. CAPL Outreach Execution: Serves as the CAPL Outreach Operations Officer.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• SECRET CLEARANCE: Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
• Temporary Duty Travel (TDY): TDY travel is required up to 20% of the time.
• Overtime: Position may require occasional unscheduled and unplanned overtime.
