About the Position: This position serves as a Program Analysis Officer (Capability) within the Combined Arms Center (CAC), Fielded Force Integration Directorate (FFID), Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Duties

As a Program Analysis Officer (Capability), you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Serves as the Deputy, TRADOC Proponent Office - Multi-Domain Task force, supporting and synchronizing broad vision and concepts. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise. Serves centralized manager for the Multi-Domain Task Force capability development activities; specifically for the organization and its constituent component organizations. Develops and manages requirements leading to Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) solution sets. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance is required.
  • This position is covered by the civilian drug abuse testing program. Condition of employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the drug abuse testing program, or a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
  • The position requires extensive TDY travel (25%) in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities.
  • This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
