About the Position: Serves as a Lead Management Analyst providing Talent Management support for the Center.
Duties
Identifies workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors in order to develop short and long-range programs, processes, strategies, and plans
Analyzes data from multiple sources to determine current improvements and establish new programs and processes
Evaluates the costs of various programs and projects and briefs proposed expenditures to Leadership
Serves as team leader in assigning work to employees on the team based on priorities
Develops and coordinates Talent Management programs such as: Recruitment, Outreach, Hiring, Wellness, Events Planning, Workforce Development, and Training
Requirements

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS11 grade level in the Federal service which includes:
1) Performing Talent Management studies aimed at identifying workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors; and 2) Regularly maintain and track program data, develop internal process guides, and respond to employee inquiries; and 3) Develops strategy for recruitment and outreach
