About the Position: Serve as a senior Program Integrator within the Installation Management Command Directorate - Readiness, G-1 at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Duties
Conduct program evaluation to determine if Alcohol Substance Abuse Program, Administrative Services, and Education programs are resourced and performing in accordance with established program requirements.
Resolve identified conflicting issues and works with IMCOM Directorate-Readiness ID-R staff and Functional Chiefs to ensure management studies accurately document mission requirements.
Integrate and synchronize the Installation Status Report (ISR) reporting process for Alcohol Substance Abuse Program, Administrative Services, and Education programs to manage program requirements and oversee ISR inspections.
Participate in the development of long-range strategic goals and resource projections under the direction of the (ID-R) Human Resources Director.
Formulate and execute Garrison’s budget and contracts for Alcohol Substance Abuse Program, Administrative Services, and Education programs by utilizing established policies and objectives, financial management reports, and resource databases.
Analyze taskings to determine the appropriate staff section to complete the action along with overseeing the tracking of the suspense through an automated system.
Perform integrated management and direct assistance for assigned Information Management and Records Management Program elements.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing and implementing an Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) or similar prevention and readiness initiatives and at least one of the following: records management (includes official mail distribution, Freedom of Information act and Privacy Act (FOIA), Personally Identifiable Information Protection Program), publishing and forms management, Employee Assistance Program, Education Services, or managing budget and/or contracts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
