This position serves as a Management and Program Analyst (MPA) and reports directly to the Technical Operations, Technical Services Organization: Operations Engineering Support Group; EOSH Support Operations Group; or Operations Support Staff. The Technical Services organization provides policy, support and technical services in support of the Air Traffic Organization (ATO).

For the FV-G Band:

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
• Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
• Bargaining Unit: Yes
• PCS Authorized: No
• Successful completion of background investigation may be required.
• All or none of the candidates will be interviewed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-G band, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience that may be equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5/9.To qualify for this position at the FV-H band, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience that may be equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11.

Education

OR

For the G Band:

Candidates may substitute PhD or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related for specialized experience.

Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for both grade levels.

NOTE: To qualify based on education alone, you must provide a copy of College Transcripts.

There is no education substitution for the H band.
