This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization's Service Center. The incumbent is a Senior Analyst to the Group Manager and applies experience and expert knowledge of ATO programs, along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques, to analyze operational challenges, assess planned and potential new solutions, and recommend solutions. This work is critical to the safety of the NAS.
Duties
The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
- Security Requirement: Moderate Risk (5). This position requires completion and favorable adjudication of a background investigation prior to appointment, unless a waiver is obtained.
Qualifications
Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level FV-I (or FG/GS-13).
