Duties
You will serve as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager for PEO USC PMS 408 FMS/BPC programs.
You will demonstrate knowledge of policies, management information systems, internal and external organizational elements and the stages of the FMS process.
You will be responsible for the management of acquisition life cycle from research and development through end of service life.
You will plan and execute programs to include budget development/tracking, contracting, project management and ensure FMS/BPC funding is in place, financial requirements and contracting milestones are met.
You will develop and track FMS/BPC Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), Price and Availability in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) in response to Letters of Request (LORs).
You will perform program reviews, identify developing problems, and recommend improvements to programmatic deficiencies.
You will ensure delivery and performance reports are timely and accurate as well as check that automated records and data sources, such as SCIP, reflect accurate information.
You will be responsible to foster communication and facilitate events with stakeholders such as Navy IPO, DSCA, OSD, industry partners, and end user customers.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analysis or oversight of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management (e.g., negotiating working agreements, formulating schedules, maintaining case file documentation) to ensure compliance with FMS program requirements.
