Duties

This position is located in the Inspections Division (ID), Office of Inspections and Policy, Assistant Chief of Police for Standards and Training Operations, USCP.  The Program Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing the Department's internal policy performance and compliance program.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below.For the CP-09 you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the CP-08/GS-10 level that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience consists of: 1) Collecting data related to program efficiency, analyzing that data, and using the analysis to develop process improvements; 2) Monitoring and evaluating systems and processes to identify weaknesses and ensure compliance with internal controls; and 3) Presenting and communicating findings to officials within the organization.All eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the vacancy announcement.(Information on Qualification & Education is located at the following link: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/)
