About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst for the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization, and Security (DPTMS), a three Division Directorate consisting of 244 civilian employees, four military Officers, and one Senior Enlisted servicemember.

Duties

Supports managers and supervisors by providing fact based and regulatory supported guidance on modifying or writing position descriptions. Analyzes and Recommends Solutions to Manpower and Force Structure Issues, and Collects and Submits Workforce Planning Documentation/Data. Analyzes personnel action requests to determine impact on manpower resources and civilian space allocations. Incumbent serves as the Directorate DTS Reviewer and travel Subject Matter Expert (SME) on official business travel guidance, DTS support, and serves as a Pre-Audit official, approving or rejecting travel authorizations and vouchers. Analyzes, develops, monitors, and projects the Directorate’s civilian staffing requirements essential to funding forecasts up to three years.
