About the Position: This position will serve as a Training Specialist (JC-SUAS) with the US ARMY AIR DEFENSE ARTILLERY SCHOOL , Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The incumbent of this position will work under the general supervision of the JC-sUAS Supervisory Training Specialist and be responsible for all academic actions, execution, and evaluation of the Joint Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems University Planner's Course and Operators/Maintainers Course.
Duties
Manage the ADA Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS) program and the Structure Manning Decision Review (SMDR) process.
Apply the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process to make decisions regarding training and education.
Prepare documentation for the Training Requirements Analysis Systems (TRAS) program and the Structure Manning Decision Review process involving ADA training planning actions.
Utilize Learning Enterprise Automated Systems, tools, and repositories.
Ensure the preparation and scheduling of resident instruction is in accordance with approved POI's and employs the most effective and efficient use of its resources, i.e., personnel equipment, facilities, and ammunition.
Conduct program evaluations.
Provide instructional guidance, policy, and assistance to faculty and course managers in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs that are responsive to immediate and long-range needs and goals of USADASCH.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes the following: Develop training materials in Air Defense Artillery (ADA)/Joint Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (JC-SUAS) such as academic instructions, training exercises, and evaluations; Research changes in ADA/JC-SUAS subject areas that will impact training in weapons systems; Evaluate course/training effectiveness in ADA/JC-SUAS related courses; and Propose changes to be incorporated to improve training effectiveness. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11 or above).
