About the Position: This position is located at the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center (AMTC) located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Duties

Serve as the Supervisory Training Instructor (JOFEC) responsible for the within the Integration Division of the Army Multi-Domain Targeting Center (AMTC) responsible for the Joint Operational Fires and Effects (JOFEC) course. Serve as Supervisory Training Instructor and Facilitator of the Joint Operational Fires and Effects program/course. Develop, teach and maintain Programs of Instruction (POIs) and lesson plans by incorporating lessons learned, doctrine, and current and evolving Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) into the POIs. Monitor, maintain and operated a digital classroom and computer network as part of the JOFEC POI. Develop simulated mission scenarios that support the JOFEC courseware Make recommendations to the AMTC concerning current developments for input to all applicable Army, Joint and DOD related publications.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent to possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • This is an Army Drug Testing position. The incumbent of this position must sign DA Form 5019-R as a condition of employment and shall be subject to periodic and random urinalysis drug testing as required by AR 600-85.
  • This position requires travel overnight away from home station (TDY) may be required approximately 30% of the time.
  • Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances may be authorized
  • Defense National Relocation Program will NOT be authorized.
  • Recruitment/Relocation/Retention Incentive may be authorized.

AND 4) Research changes in the JOFEC and JTS field that will impact training and/or any element being taught. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Curriculum DevelopmentEducational and Training TechnologyInstructional Delivery and Learner Development Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
