About the Position: This position will serve as a Training Instructor (Joint C-SUAS) with the US Army Air Defense Artillery School located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The incumbent of this position will serve as a Training Instructor to the Director of the C-sUAS University on matters involving Joint Counter Unmanned Aircraft System planning and operations throughout the training course of Joint Services and Allied country attendees.

Duties

Serve as a Training Instructor to the Director of the C-sUAS University on matters involving UAS planning and operations throughout the training course of Joint Services and Allied country attendees. Conduct training on subjects in one or more courses covering the components of the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-SUAS) systems, Command and Control Computers, Communications and Intelligence (C4I). Follow the approved programs of instruction (POI) and prepares lesson plans for each subject. Instruct on the C-SUAS operations planning, system deployment, and adjustments of all Program of Instruction (POI) directed C-SUAS systems, along with integrated Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) system. Analyze training materials to assure instructional techniques are effective and efficient. Ensures training objectives are met through the use of the system approach to training (SAT) and train the trainer procedures. Assist in the preparation and submission of changes to ASI-producing C-SUAS equipment. Provides data or the development of MOS questionnaires and surveys. Provides task summaries for inclusion in extension training material.
