About the Position: Serves as a Directorate level Specialist responsible for Information Management G-6 property hand receipts, Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Government Asset Listing, and Technical Exhibits associated with Government Owned Contractor Operted equipment and inventories.

Duties

Manage the Directorate’s Property Hand Receipts. Monitor the movement of non-dispensable and other specifically designated property. Perform technical, administrative, and analytical tasks for property accountability. Conduct investigations to determine cause of inventory discrepancies by contacting Hand Receipt Holders. Submit procurement requirements within the Division’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) as associated with contracts or government purchase card activities Monitors contractor compliance with scope of work (SOW) requirements and implements supplemental directives and contract modifications. Serve as a central control point for Government Purchase Card (GPC) acquisitions and as an alternate for contracting. Assist the Government Credit Card Approving Official/Certifying Officer with purchases of office supplies, equipment, materials, durables, etc. Ensure all contracted items are received via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A probationary period maybe required.
  • Travel overnight away from home station (TDY) up to 10% maybe required.
  • A SECRET Security Clearance is required.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Driver's License.
  • This position requires an initial physical. This position has a requirement to lift up to 40Ibs in the regular performance of duties.
