DCSA is seeking a Supervisory Executive Program Specialist to oversee daily operations of the Executive Secretariat in the Office of the Director. The incumbent supports the DCSA Director, Deputy Director, and Chief of Staff, ensures interoperability of support staff, and implements an administrative program that effectively integrates operational issues and policies. The incumbent will supervise a team of about five support personnel assigned to the Executive Secretariat.

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade (GS/GG-13) in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Using analytical skills to assess the quality and completeness of proposed task responses and staffing products, ensuring all products conform to DoD standards, are fully coordinated, and align with the DCSA mission and program direction. Managing numerous high-priority and time-sensitive actions, including correspondence packages and similar work products prepared for senior leaders, which have shown to improve production or increase the quality of work within the area of authority. Directing and improving administrative processes and task management workflows in alignment with the agency's mission, initiatives, and priorities. Using tact, persuasion, and discretion to influence DCSA leaders and action officers to accomplish strategic goals and complete deliverables in a timely and supportive manner. Providing operational support across all functional areas in the development of products and materials for use by agency personnel or the general public. Developing and using measurement tools to inform leadership of progress toward meeting assigned tasks in alignment with the Director's strategic goals.
