You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the CONVENTIONAL PROMPT STRIKE (CPS), STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (SSP) of CPS PROGRAM OFFICE.
Duties
You will manage the funding and execution efforts necessary for carrying out program test plans and procedures (e.g. flight tests, hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL), software-in-the-loop (SWIL), developmental testing, operational testing).

You will direct personnel involved in developing test policies, concepts, and strategies for the Conventional Strike Prompt (CPS) Weapons System and related subsystems.
You will manage other significant aspects of the programs including manning and logistics requirements, test equipment resources, and electronic data management.
You will carry out the execution of both developmental and operational test plans in accordance with procedures, program guidance, program test requirements, and developed program test policy.
You will manage efforts of the government-contractor team to execute test and evaluation program strategy for all program testing.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing program test planning with experience integrating acquisition milestones and systems engineering of a weapons system program.
