You will serve as a Lead Logistics Management Specialist in the Integration Management Division, Sustainment Department of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Duties
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and integrating all logistics support requirements.
You will be the central point of contact regarding the management and integration of all logistics elements/product support functions.
You will manage and integrates the programmatic efforts of all training systems Logistics Managers (LM's) through execution of integrated program schedules, technical milestones and events, and fiscal resource management.
You will communicate integrated logistics support tasks and work assignments to ensure training system acquisition and/or sustainment programs life cycle support requirements are developed and achieved.
You will provide the leadership, expert knowledge, skills, and abilities required to develop, plan, implement and oversee training system program integrated logistics requirements.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DS-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Preparing and implementing integrated logistics support (ILS) plans for weapon/target acquisition and in-service systems/support; 2) Assisting in the development of qualitative and quantitative analysis to substantiate logistics support policies, procedures, and concepts as well as to identify support system requirements; 3) Establishing logistics support criteria for system specifications, solicitation packages, contracts, life-cycle, cost estimates, and Total Ownership Cost; 4) Preparing and managing budgets for cognizant programs and ensures system support during deployment, operation, sustainment, and the integration of the total life cycle logistics effort.
