You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Training Systems Division of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Duties
You will function as the primary logistics technical point of contact and supports the PDI Assistant Program Manager (APML)
You will provide technical expertise and guidance to a broad base of personnel, program team members, contractors and international customers who are involved in the acquisition, deployment, operation, and support of these systems.
You will offer expert advice in the area of design for supportability, installation, integration, test, acceptance, operations, and lifecycle logistics support of such training systems.
You will manage the FMS training system logistics program and actively participates in development of long and short range plans with the FMS customer, program management, and other civilian and military agencies supporting the program.
You will be the direct liaison to the assigned international program and program IPT with regard to FMS logistics and product support requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices in all aspects of logistics support related to a training system; 2) Expert knowledge of integrated logistics support (ILS), training system operations and maintenance, and instruction of support requirements, contract modifications, related processes and products, and assessing contractor performance; 3) Assessing training requirements of customers and planning, implementing, and managing supportable approaches and solutions; and/or 4) Experience with Integrated logistics requirements, products, and processes specific to training systems acquisition in support of Foreign Military Sales and International programs.
